All of our staff receives ongoing training in
customer service and are prepared to speak with

the responsibility of being role models for our
members. We really wouldn’t have it any other

Support—The majority of our staff are
experienced Fitness Professionals with years of
experience helping people with their fitness
goals. Currently we have over 20 years of
personal training experience among our staff. If
you have questions, we have answers. Not only
will you receive a free one on one session with
one of our professionals when you become a
member, you can, at anytime during your
membership, set up times to consult with one of
us to help you proceed further on your fitness
goals. There are not many fitness centers whose
staff are actually degreed, certified trainers
who are there to help you at any time. Never be
afraid to ask us a question or set up a time for
a consultation, we love to help!
Unequalled Customer
Service— If you would ever need help or
have any questions, we are there to help you in
a professional, respectful way.
We are NOT Salesman—
Do NOT be afraid of the hard sell! We are
service professionals who are here to help you
make the right decision when choosing a fitness
center. If we are not a good fit for you we will
gladly refer you to somewhere that would be a
better fit. We will even book the appointment
for you to tour another fitness center. You will
never feel pressured by our staff. We believe in
taking care of the customers we have instead of
constantly replacing unsatisfied members.
Honesty is Our
Strength— We are not the cheapest club
in the area! If you are looking for the
cheapest fitness center in the area, we are
happy to say will not be a good fit for you. In
order to provide a higher level of service to
our members we have hired a more mature, college
educated, professional staff that you will not
find at many of the other discount clubs. We
have also put more money into our club than was
needed. You will notice a difference instantly
when you come in. If you are looking for the
cheapest fitness center in the area, we still
want to help, just give us a call and we will
help you locate a facility that is right for
you.
Owner Operated—
Have you ever been to a restaurant and saw the
owner cleaning tables, cooking food, or waiting
tables? It should give you a good feeling
that the place is well taken care of and that
the owner has a genuine interest in keeping the
place nice. Many fitness centers are owned
by an investor and operated by someone else.
This can sometimes affect the quality of the
fitness center depending on who the operator is.
We have been in fitness centers where the
“Manager” is an 18 year old kid who has a hard
time answering questions and presenting material
properly. Whether it is answering phones,
helping customers or cleaning bathrooms, you
will find the owner involved in every aspect of
the business. As one of our members once said,

ownership that goes into this facility. “
Affordable —
Although we are not the cheapest fitness center
in town, we are also not the most expensive.
We believe in charging a fair price to everyone
who would like to be a part of our facility.
This is the reason we do not discount our prices
or run pricing specials like most facilities do.
We want to be fair to everyone and at the same
time be able to retain the level of quality that
our customers enjoy. All of our prices are
presented in a clear, consistent manner every
time we meet with someone new.
Beautiful, Tiled
Bathrooms with Showers — We want you to
be as comfortable as possible when you are here,
which is why we were not afraid to go above and
beyond the norm on the little things that make a
facility more comfortable. You will notice the
high end look and feel of our club in comparison
to others the moment you walk in. Our upscale
look and feel fits in well with the top notch
customer service. You cannot have one without
the other! We have been told by our customers
that they appreciate the “extras” that makes our
facility a nice place to exercise.
Member Rewards
Program—Why not get paid for working
out? Because we know that the most successful
fitness centers are the ones with the most
successful members, we want to reward you for
your efforts. Every time you come to our
facility to exercise, you get points. Your
points accumulate for as long as you are a
member and they can be traded in at any time for
different products and services in the facility.
How does a FREE 1 Hour Massage sound, or even a
FREE Month Membership? All for just getting into
better shape. This is just one more way we like
to separate ourselves from other fitness centers
in the area.
No Waiting for
Equipment— At most discount clubs, it
is all about packing in as many members as
possible into their facility. Most fitness
centers would fall under the “Volume Club”
category. It is one of the reasons they can get
away with selling cheap memberships. This often
leads to overcrowding and an uncomfortable
environment for members. At Anytime Fitness in
Pewaukee, we have capped our membership in order
to keep the facility from getting overcrowded.
No one has ever waited more than a couple of
minutes for a piece of equipment, and we intend
to keep it that way.
24 Hour Access
— Our members can enjoy the convenience
