Tony and his workout have changed my life. After turning forty I noticed that my body was not responding as it did when I was younger. I played basketball at least twice a week and my recovery was taking longer and longer. Then one day I hurt my back while playing ball. I fell and my back went out, I was in severe pain. I went to MDs and chiropractors but what truly put me back in shape were my workouts with Tony. He worked on the muscles that support my back and I haven’t had a back injury since. Along with working with Tony, I now play basketball at least three times a week...pain free.

This summer when I was biking along a very busy Lake Drive, the cars were buzzing past me during some serious road construction. I temporarily lost my balance and fell, I was able to catch myself and was not severely hurt. I attribute this to the workouts with Tony. He has worked on my balance and stretching so I was able to rebound without incident.

I have an extremely active family and was concerned about getting older and keeping up with my wife (who is a marathoner and also works with Tony) and kids. Our vacations are always very active, mountain climbing, biking, whitewater rafting or skiing. I wasn’t sure my back could take it. Now that I have my regular workouts with Tony I am able to keep a very active lifestyle and not have to worry about injury.

Tony Bevilacqua is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. And I have been using trainers for over 10 years. I say this because of both his education in physical fitness and his enthusiasm in leading.

I have never been in better physical shape. I notice it and my friends notice it. My overall muscle definition is better than it's been. The activity also helps me feel more alert.

Every exercise works more than one muscle group at a time. So the one hour time spent results in a lot of physical training being accomplished. We’re always doing new routines. I also get the feeling that he is educated in all the latest theories of physical conditioning and can discuss any topic extensively.

I see Tony twice a week and I can be assured that I will have a more challenging workout than I would ever do on my own. I just treat it like a business appointment for my health.

I have been working with Nick at the MAC for 3 months. I have never had a personal training session before. I have noticed that me endurance and strength have increased dramatically with the workouts Nick has me do. I have gotten to the point where I feel that if I miss a week or even a session with Nick that I really let myself down. I don’t what to go back to the condition I was in before I began working with Nick. I find the workouts to be challenging and hard but not to the point I don’t what to come back. I would highly recommend the training sessions with Nick as a great supplement to your daily aerobic exercise.

I wanted to take a minute and thank you and Nick for helping me work toward my fitness goals. I began to work with you sporadically in November of 2005. I began to notice changes in my body and attitude immediately.

In mid January I decided to raise my level of commitment. I began to work out with Nick twice a week. My weight training changed to high rep/high intensity on my off days. I added high intensity Cardio and changed my diet. As a result of the inspiration the two of you have given me, I dropped an inch and a half off my waste, lost nearly 15 pounds of fat and replaced it with 5 pounds of lean muscle, gained inches on my vertical and speed that I never thought I had. In addition I have dropped my body fat percentage.

I started working out with Tony a little over a year ago. At first I was not convinced Tony could improve my workouts. I was addicted to a high intensity cardio workout. I would run or jump rope every day. He assessed my workout and incorporated more core exercises and full body weight training into my cardio workouts. I was skeptical at first. I did not want to lose the endurance I gained from my running workouts. I started training once a week, after training with Tony for about a year, I now have greater balance, core strength as well as overall strength and to my surprise, more endurance!
